Registration of the Diaspora-invested businesses:

We have only less than half of the estimated Diaspora-invested businesses in the database of SLDA, and so that difficult in getting connected, giving information, and offering services to the interested entrepreneurs. For that reason, Somaliland Diaspora Agency is taking this opportunity to help these businesses get registered with SLDA, in order to create work relationship and easy share of information.

There are teams from SLDA who are implementing this survey moving round the markets and the different parts of Hargeisa visiting both those businesses already in our database and those who were not including diverse businesses established by the Diaspora only in the most recent years.
